大千世界，芸芸众生，整个世界有许多东西都是未知的。在一个人小的时候都是一个“好奇宝宝”，我也不例外，在我的心目中，总有一个高大的身影为我解答难题，他就是——我的哥哥。

他还是一个“植物专家”。一个星期天，爸爸带我去了花鸟市场给我买了一盆仙人掌。回到家后，我天天给它浇水，可是一个星期后，仙人掌变得病恹恹的。我吓了一大跳，二话不说就赶紧把爸爸叫了过来，爸爸一脸茫然，也是一头雾水。明明按时交了水了呀，怎么会变成这样了呢？哥哥听到我们说的之后唉声叹气，三步并做两步走了过来，询问我们怎么了。我们把事情一五一十的告诉了他，他听了以后哈哈大笑，拍着我的肩说：“小兄弟，你浇水浇多了，仙人掌本来生长在沙漠里，那里水源奇缺，仙人掌生存能力强，不需要浇太多的水，你这是要把仙人掌淹死了呀！下星期每三天浇一次水，一次是原来的三分之一就行了！”我恍然大悟，爸爸也明白了。哥哥“百事通”这个名号可不是白当的呀！

哥哥真是令人敬佩，他懂得的知识可是真不少！他是我最敬佩的一个人了。以后，我可要向他多多“取经”多学到一些知识，争取也当上一个“小百事通”。
